圣地亚哥啤酒厂拟发行过亿美元股票

    食品伙伴网讯    据外媒报道，正值许多精酿啤酒厂选择出售其生意之际，位于圣地亚哥密拉玛（Miramar）的Ballast Point啤酒厂近日向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）正式递交了IPO手续，首次公开发行价值近$1.75亿美元的原始股票。一旦批准，该酿酒厂将以股票代码“PINT”在美国纳斯达克（Nasdaq）上市，不过其股票价格、何时上市等信息目前尚未公开。

    上市之后，公司的控制权将继续掌握在公司创始人怀特（Jack White）和家庭成员手中，其拥有的股份将超过一半。预期其现金注入将提升公司在价值＄6864亿元的国际啤酒市场的地位。

    In a first for a San Diego brewery, Ballast Point said Monday it will enter the stock market with an initial public offering worth an estimated $175 million.

    Control of the company will remain with founder Jack White and family members, who will own more than half the shares. Yet the infusion of cash is expected to increase Ballast Point's profile in the $686.4 billion international beer market.
